I hate to say "I Told You So"....but, I told you so!
What has to happen, to force a city to sit up and take notice? It no longer seems that the safety and welfare of of the average man on the street (or student in the college) is important.

I happen to look at debris falling from the Trump Parc as a sort of lotto for the unaware masses. It's like all you have to do to play is walk or drive beneath the construction site...
I drive under it everyday. And when I get to the ever-red light at the corner of Washington Blvd. and Broad St. I stare through my moonroof and hope....
that just the tiniest piece of metal might plunk itself down on my hood, or go crashing through my moonroof. But I'm staring up, like a baseball catcher... ready, waiting... accelerate just enough to save my neck, but not enough to save my car... but just enough so that if that 'lotto' piece comes flying at me...
I might just get to sue...
And get my spot in the Trump too.
